Steamed Seafood Tofu

The squid is peeled and cleaned, cut into triangular slices after a flower knife; sliced mushrooms; sliced broccoli into small flowers;

Shrimp shelling, pick off the shrimp intestines and shrimp line; cut the fish balls in half, cut the flowers with a cross knife; cut the crab fillet into sections;

Blanch the squid, mushrooms and broccoli separately; don't blanch the squid for too long, just see it rolled up after a few seconds~

Thinly sliced tofu;
It’s okay to like thick slices~

Put tin foil on the steamer, add tofu, mushrooms, peas and corn kernels;

After the water in the pot is boiled, put it in and steam for 8 minutes;

Then add salt, add squid, crab sticks, shrimp and fish balls, and steam for 5 minutes;

Finally, put the blanched broccoli, soy sauce, chicken essence and sesame oil, mix well, and pour it on the seafood tofu.
Tips:
Do not blanch the squid for too long;
It should not be too long to keep fresh and tender.
