Steamed Short Ribs in Black Bean Sauce

Place the chopped ribs (1cm wide and 3cm long) in clean water to wash the blood, and then drain the water. Chop the garlic and cut the shallots into chopped green onions and set aside.

Put the ribs in a bowl, add the seasonings and auxiliary materials after removing the chopped green onion. Marinate for 15 minutes.
