Steamed Shrimp with Enoki Mushroom and Garlic

Wash the enoki mushrooms, drain the water, and place them on a plate.

Remove the shrimp from the intestines and open the back. Use a knife to gently cut the broken tendons. After a while, it will be steamed so that it will not roll up.

Finely chop garlic.

Sprinkle half of the chopped garlic on top.

In the steaming, boil the water and put it in steam for 10 minutes.

In another oil pan, sauté the other half of the garlic until fragrant.
