Steamed Shrimp with Garlic

After washing the shrimp, remove the head and shell, and cut the shrimp lightly on the back, so that the shrimp will be more beautiful after being steamed.

Chop garlic, shred ginger and set aside. Add a pot of shrimp, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, sesame oil, a few drops of light soy sauce, and marinate for 15 minutes

Take a clean plate with shredded ginger as the bottom, pour the marinated shrimp into the plate and spread it flat, put the steaming rack in the pot and boil the water, put it on the plate, and steam for five minutes.

After being steamed, sprinkle with chopped green onion for garnish
Tips:
1. It takes time to remove the head and shell of the shrimp, but it tastes better when steamed
2. Add some cornstarch and a little peanut oil to marinate, so that the steamed shrimp will be sticky and smoother
