Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Vermicelli

Pick out the shrimp thread and make a knife on the back for use.

2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1/3 teaspoon of refined salt in a bowl to make the sauce

Cut garlic, chopped chives, and chopped ginger and set aside

Soak the vermicelli in warm water for 15 minutes, remove and drain

Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pot

Add green onion, ginger, and minced garlic until fragrant

Pour the sauce into the bowl and bring it to a boil

Put the soaked vermicelli in the dish and drain the water

Put the drained prawns on top, and pour all the boiling seasoning on the prawns

Boil water in the steamer on high heat. After the air is up, place the shrimp on top, cover the pot, and steam for 4 minutes on high heat.

Put the green onions out of the pot
Tips:
1. For fans, mung bean fans are the best;
2. The steaming time should not be too long, just 4 minutes;
3. The water must be boiled, and then put it in for steaming;
4. Shrimp should be opened to make it easier to taste.
