Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Vermicelli

1. Prepare the materials to be used.

2. The fans are boiled in advance and soaked in boiling water.

3. I like the prawns to be clean. I went with my feet once too, so it's better to keep it steady.

4. Cut the head and near the tail like this.

5. Then cut the shell along the shrimp and pick out the shrimp thread. Use a knife to cut the shrimp into open back shrimp.

6. Put the hot vermicelli on the plate first, and dispose of the shrimp.

7. Set the plate and start to adjust the juice.

8. Minced garlic, pour in the right amount of cooking wine, soy sauce and vinegar ratio is 2:1. Add a little salt and chicken essence to taste, and put the garlic sauce on the open back shrimp with a small spoon.

9. Prepare the steamer, put the shrimp on the high heat, bring the water to a boil, turn it off slightly, cover and steam for 10 minutes.

10. After being out of the pot, sprinkle a little sesame oil to taste better.

Tips:

Shrimp can be processed in your own way. I am because of plate restrictions, but the thread on the back of the shrimp must be removed! Otherwise it will be dirty.
