Steamed Shrimp with Lettuce and Garlic Vermicelli

Originally, I didn't want to post the recipe, so I didn't take a picture of the process. Later I thought it was pretty good, so let's post one 😄. Today's lettuce is not good enough to cut out whole pieces. Place the lettuce peeled and sliced on the bottom of the plate. Soak the fine vermicelli into a circle and place it on top of the lettuce. Peel the shrimp and remove the sand line. Add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy, and put it on the vermicelli.

Put a little oil in the pot, add minced garlic and stir fry. You can add some millet to enhance the color and flavor, add a little oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and a spoonful of salt. Put the fried garlic on the shrimp and vermicelli, and steam it for 8 minutes.

After steaming, pour the steamed fish soy sauce, a little green onion, and pour some hot oil on it, OK, start eating 😍
