Steamed Shrimp with Lettuce and Garlic Vermicelli

Originally, I didn't want to post the recipe, so I didn't take a picture of the process. Later I thought it was pretty good, so let's post one π. Today's lettuce is not good enough to cut out whole pieces. Place the lettuce peeled and sliced on the bottom of the plate. Soak the fine vermicelli into a circle and place it on top of the lettuce. Peel the shrimp and remove the sand line. Add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy, and put it on the vermicelli.

Put a little oil in the pot, add minced garlic and stir fry. You can add some millet to enhance the color and flavor, add a little oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and a spoonful of salt. Put the fried garlic on the shrimp and vermicelli, and steam it for 8 minutes.

After steaming, pour the steamed fish soy sauce, a little green onion, and pour some hot oil on it, OK, start eating π
