Tips:
1. What I put in is dried shrimp, so it has a richer taste, but please note that the dried shrimp should be soaked in warm water in advance, then remove the shell and cut into small pieces for later use; if not, use shrimp skin instead; fresh shrimp is not recommended;
2. After squeezing the radishes into silk, pickle them with salt, so that some moisture will come out and squeeze them dry; but don’t squeeze them completely, some moisture will taste more moist;
3. The moisture left on the shredded radish just sticks to the rice noodles, and then add a little olive oil to taste better;
4. When putting in the steamer, put the shredded radish first and sprinkle some dried shrimp diced; layer by layer, and finally sprinkle some dried shrimp diced on the surface, and steam it over high heat.
