Steamed Small Yellow Croaker

Wash the small yellow croaker and cut an oblique knife on the fish.

Spread some salt and soy sauce on the fish.

Sprinkle with shredded ginger and green onion and marinate for more than half an hour.

Boil water in a pot, add the fish and steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes.

When steaming the fish, prepare the garlic, shallots and mustard, all chopped.

The steamed fish is decanted out of the soup.

Heat oil in a pan, fry mustard, green onions, and minced garlic.

Drizzle the fried oil and side dishes on the fish while it is hot.

Heat the decanted soup in another pot, add salt and soy sauce to taste, and finally thicken the soup with water starch.
10.
Finally, pour it on the fish.
