Steamed Spare Ribs with Cordyceps Flower

Wash cordyceps flowers and set aside.

Add light soy sauce, sugar, pepper, wood powder, salt, chicken essence, and wine to marinate the ribs.

Steam the pork ribs in an electric pressure cooker.

Take it out and serve directly after steaming.
