Steamed Spare Ribs with Cordyceps Flower

Prepare the ingredients.

Clean the ribs, add salt, soy sauce, peanut oil, corn starch, ginger, garlic and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Soak the cordyceps flower for about ten minutes and add it.

Boil an appropriate amount of water in the pot. After the water is boiled, put the ribs on the steaming rack and steam for about 25 minutes.
5.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion after steaming.
Tips:
1. Add a small amount of cornstarch when marinating ribs, so that it will be tender when steamed.
