Steamed Spare Ribs with Cordyceps Flower

Soak the cordyceps flower with water.

Cordyceps flower will fade, repeat washing several times.

Cut the garlic into minced garlic.

Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, corn starch, sesame oil and garlic to the ribs.

Stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Place the ribs on a plate and sprinkle with chili rings.
