Steamed Spare Ribs with Garlic and Black Bean Sauce
1.
For pork ribs, ask the merchant to cut them into smaller pieces, and then soak in water for one hour, changing the water twice in the middle to soak the blood
2.
Then wipe off the moisture
3.
Put a tablespoon of garlic tempeh sauce, if not, add chopped garlic and tempeh
4.
Add two spoons of soy sauce and a little sugar. A little sugar is enough. You can leave it alone and marinate for an hour.
5.
After marinating, boil the water first, and then pour the ribs with white wine
6.
Put the salt and cornstarch on the ribs, grab them well, and wrap all the juices on the ribs
7.
Put the water in the steamer and steam for 30 minutes, that's it!
Tips:
1. The garlic sauce I use is very strong and not very salty, so there is no need to add garlic, but more salt. This part depends on the situation
2. Because there is oil in the sauce, and the ribs themselves will also produce oil, so there is no special oil, otherwise it will be oily and greasy after steaming.
3. If you like to eat chili, you can put some millet chili when steaming, you can also put shiitake mushrooms, goji berries or cut pumpkins, I wish everyone a good appetite!
