Steamed Spare Ribs with Southern Milk Powder
1.
Wash the ribs and dry them in water.
Add cooking wine, a small amount of light soy sauce, shredded ginger, southern milk, marinate for 20 minutes.
2.
In addition to the five-spice steamed meat powder, I added more, so I added some water. Some people here add oil, but less oil is healthier. Stir it evenly.
3.
I used potatoes for the bottom, or pumpkin, they are all delicious, and the potatoes are evenly spread on the plate.
4.
Code the ribs on top.
5.
In the steamer, wait for the water to boil, add the ribs, and heat for 40 minutes. Remember to add water.
6.
Out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onions. Very authentic. good smell. Both adults and children love it.
