Steamed Spare Ribs with Taro
1.
Chop the tempeh and garlic, chop the ribs into small pieces, wash and drain the water, add salt, chicken powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced tempeh garlic, sugar, starch and mix well, and finally mix with peanut oil
2.
Cut the taro into small strips and fry them on both sides
3.
Place the fried taro on the bottom of the dish
4.
Spread the marinated ribs
5.
After steaming for about 18 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion (I usually steam it on top of the rice when cooking in a rice cooker, the rice is cooked, and the ribs have just been steamed, saving electricity 😀)
Tips:
The taro is delicious only if you choose the flour
