Steamed Spare Ribs with Taro

Soak the ribs in clean water for about half an hour, then wash and drain the water for later use.

Seasoning: Cut ginger into strips, garlic rice into cubes, and big red pepper into cubes.

Prepare seasoning: 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/4 soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a little salt.

Add all the condiments to the ribs, stir evenly and marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Peel the taro and cut into large pieces, which are thicker than your thumb, and then put on a plate.

Put the marinated ribs on top of the taro and remove the ginger.

Fill the pressure cooker with enough water, put the taro ribs in, boil on high heat for 10 minutes, turn to medium and small heat and steam for 35 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

The steamed pork ribs are fragrant and sprinkled with a handful of chopped green onions. This is a light and delicious dish, suitable for the elderly and children.

Tips:
1 It is better to wear gloves when peeling fragrant taro skins, for fear of allergies and itchy hands.
2 Ribs can be marinated for half an hour to taste.
