Steamed Spring Cake
1.
Add a little salt to the flour and mix, pour boiling water on the flour in the middle, and stir to form gnocchi.
2.
Add cold water to the surrounding dry flour and mix it with the hot dough in the middle.
3.
Add 1 tablespoon of cooked oil.
4.
Knead it into a smooth and soft dough for half an hour.
5.
Prepare thin pastry: heat flour with oil and stir into a yogurt-like thin paste.
6.
Rub the dough into long strips.
7.
Divide into small doses.
8.
Press flat.
9.
It is made into small pancakes, which are larger in size than ordinary dumpling wrappers.
10.
Put some thin pastry on it.
11.
Apply evenly.
12.
Put a small round cake on top of the thin pastry and spread evenly.
13.
Repeat this operation, superimposing about 10 pieces.
14.
This is a good look.
15.
Roll it out, roll it out on both sides, using even force.
16.
Put it in the steamer.
17.
Steam for 10 minutes after the fire is aired.
18.
The steamed cake is easy to uncover, thin and not easy to break.
19.
Prepare the dishes: I used potatoes, carrots, and celery, and shredded them separately. The potato shreds were washed with water to remove the surface starch.
20.
Stir-fry well, add a little salt when frying, the saltiness is lighter than the usual fried dishes.
21.
Finished product.
22.
Put some sweet noodle sauce, add vegetables, and add some shredded green onions if you like to eat green onions.
23.
Roll it up and eat it (both sides are rolled up, it looks better when rolled into spring rolls, I only rolled one side) thin, soft and fragrant.
