Steamed Sunfish with Chopped Pepper

Wash and kill the fish, add a few slices of ginger, a small spoon of cooking wine, marinate for 20 minutes, and chop a small piece of homemade pickled ginger.

Steam the fish in a pot of boiling water for four minutes, turn off the heat for two minutes

Take out the steamed fish, pick out the fresh ginger and throw it away until the steamed fish is out of water.
