Steamed Sunfish

Cut the fish with a knife, put ginger slices on the bottom of the bowl, put the sunfish on top, smear it with cornstarch, drizzle with light soy sauce, cooking wine, add a little oil, salt, not too much salt, just a little bit.

Add water to the pot. After it is boiled, put the fish in the pot and steam for 10 minutes, not too hot.
