Steamed Swimming Crab

Put water, ginger slices, white wine, and salt in the steamer. These seasonings will be steamed onto the crab with steam.

The washed swimming crabs are placed on a steamer. Some people suggest that they should be placed belly up.

Put ginger, green onion, garlic, pour some white wine, and cover the pot.

In a hot pot on cold water, steam for 30 minutes on high heat.

Steamed swimming crabs are delicious if they are peeled and dipped in garlic vinaigrette.
Tips:
It doesn't take too long, the meat will stick to the shell tightly, and it will be steamed.
