The weather is getting warmer. The cooking fume and heat in the kitchen is a headache for many housewives. The same is true for me. Although I like cooking, I don’t like the smell of cooking fume. So I often cook some steamed vegetables for my family. It can make the kitchen less oily and smokey, and while steaming, you can also do something you like to do, killing two birds with one stone. "

Steamed Taro with Chopped Pepper Ribs

1. Wash the ribs and control water, add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce and mix well.

2. Chop garlic and tempeh.

3. Saute the shallots and ginger diced.

4. Pour in the chopped garlic and tempeh, sauté on low heat until fragrant, and finally add chopped pepper and stir fry.

5. Pour the fried seasonings into the ribs and marinate them for flavor.

6. I bought a small taro. (The little taro I bought this time is very good)

7. Peel, wash and cut into small pieces.

8. Put the chopped taro into the marinated ribs and stir well.

9. Steam in a pot with boiling water for about 40 minutes. The fastest way is to put it in a pressure cooker and steam for 15 minutes. It can also be steamed in a rice cooker for cooking. If the amount is not too much, cut the taro ribs into small pieces. Normally, the ribs are cooked. Will be familiar. (I made a lot of it this time, so I had to steam it separately.)
