Steamed Taro with Minced Meat

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, minced meat, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Wash and diced shiitake mushrooms

Taro peeled and sliced, placed on the bottom of the pot

Put oil in the pan, add minced ginger and stir fragrant, add minced meat and stir fry

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir fry until soft

Put the minced meat on the taro, place it on the steaming rack, boil the water and steam for 15 minutes
