Steamed Tempeh Ribs with Vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli with water to soften.

Drain the bleeding water from the ribs.
3.
Chop garlic bean drum and set aside.

Stir-fry the bean drums and garlic in a hot pan with oil and let out to cool.

Stir-fried bean drum, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cornstarch are added to the ribs and marinated.

The soaked fan code is placed on the plate.

Spread the ribs evenly on the vermicelli.

Steam in a hot pot on cold water for 30 minutes.
