Steamed Thousand Sheets
1.
Main ingredients: pork filling, shiitake mushrooms, bean curd (thin)
2.
Thousand sheets into a large bowl, add boiling water and soak for a few minutes (can remove the beany flavor in the thousand sheets)
3.
When soaking a thousand sheets, adjust to the meat filling. Add the minced green onion, ginger, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, white pepper powder, chicken powder, salt, cooking wine, edible oil and other seasonings to the meat filling and stir evenly until slightly strong.
4.
Wash and mince shiitake mushrooms
5.
Put the chopped shiitake mushrooms into the meat filling.
6.

7.
Thousands of soaked sheets are cut into small squares of uniform size (about 8-10 cm in length)
8.
Take a small thousand sheets and put in the minced meat
9.
Wrap the minced meat
10.
Use coriander stalks or small chives to tie the packaged thousand sheets to prevent them from falling apart during cooking. (I used the leftover zongzi leaves from the zongzi torn into strips)
11.
After all the packages are packed, put them in a tray and put them in a steamer, and steam them on high heat for about 10 minutes.
Tips:
Fillings can be added as you like. You can add carrots, horseshoes and other favorite ingredients to the minced meat to make it more nutritious.
