Steamed Tilapia
1.
I buy processed tilapia, I don’t know how to kill the fish, clean the inside and clean the black things, and then cut the flowers to be cooked and tasty. Be careful of the thorns on the back of the fish.
2.
Pour the cooking wine into a small bowl for about one and a half meals, soak for 6 or 7 minutes on both sides.
3.
Take the fish out and rinse it with water briefly, so that there is not so much cooking wine smell, and then put it on the plate, with a few pieces of ginger under the fish and the belly
4.
After the water is boiled, put the fish on high heat and steam with a lid for 15 minutes
5.
Clean up the chopped green onion and cut into small pieces. I like to eat coriander. Haha you can add it. Use light soy sauce, a little salt, chicken powder and some water to mix well.
6.
If the fish soup is gone, you can actually pretend it to drink, it’s nutritious
7.
Cover the chopped green onion on top of the fish, saute the ginger in peanut oil, remove the ginger and pour it on the chopped green onion, squeak
8.
Pour in the previous sauce and drizzle on top of the fish, you're done
