Steamed Tofu

Ingredients water tofu and green onions

Wash down the tofu and cut into thick slices on the plate

Steam in cold water for about 10 minutes, pour out the water in the plate

Put a proper amount of pepper oil and salt

Sesame oil and ginger juice

Lee Kum Kee Steamed Fish Soy Sauce

Put the right amount of white vinegar

Steam again for two minutes to absorb the condiments and sprinkle with chopped green onion, then serve.
Tips:
The steamed tofu must pour out the water and cut the tofu slices thicker to taste better.
