Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

Wash the pork and chop into minced meat with ginger.

Then put the minced meat in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, and stir evenly.

Prepare a bowl of juice: 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and mix thoroughly.

Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the wok and heat it up. Add the minced meat and stir fry until the color changes.

Pour the juice into a bowl and stir fry evenly.

Pour into a bowl and set aside.

Wash the tofu and cut into slices about 1cm thick.
8.
Prepare the container and place the tofu.
9.
Spread the minced meat on the noodles, boil it on high heat, and continue to steam for 5 minutes.
Tips:
This dish is not suitable for old tofu, steamed with soft tofu tastes better.
