Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

1. 1 box of South Tofu purchased from the supermarket.

2. Mince the onion, ginger and garlic.

3. Cut the beef into small pieces.

4. The tofu is sliced into thin slices and placed on a plate.

5. First cook the beef, pour the oil into the beef and stir fry, stir-fry the moisture in the beef, add a little cooking wine and pepper to remove the taint in the beef. Stir fry and serve.

6. Put the oil in another pot, add 2 teaspoons of bean paste and fry out the red oil, then add the onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant.

7. Then pour the fried beef, add a little water, salt, light soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, and finally add a little wet starch.

8. Pour the fried beef sauce on the tofu.

9. Put it on the pot and steam for about 8 minutes.

10. Sprinkle with chives on top.
