Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

Chopped mustard tuber. Cut the tofu into small pieces and place in a steaming bowl. Sprinkle with chopped mustard

You can put more mustard to taste better. If you are afraid of saltiness, you can rinse a few more slices of mustard and squeeze out the water. )

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion and ginger until fragrant, pour in minced meat, quickly spread, pour in light soy sauce, stir fry for a few minutes and add salt.

Pour the fried minced meat on the tofu together with the soup. Steam in a pot, 10 minutes after the water boils. Remove and sprinkle chives. Better with coriander
Tips:
1. Silk tofu is the best choice for this dish, and you can buy it in boxes in supermarkets. Tofu that is too hard is not tasty, too soft and not shaped.
2. The mashed meat can choose neck-back meat, or add a little mashed pork belly. You can stir-fry according to your own taste, add chili, or whatever else is delicious.
