Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat

Heat oil in the pot, add green onion and ginger until fragrant, add minced meat and fry until the color changes.

Add the light soy sauce and stir well,

Put in oyster sauce,

Put a pinch of salt,

Add chicken essence,

Add the pepper powder and stir-fry evenly out of the pot.

The lactone tofu can be easily taken out by peeling off the sealing film, inverting the button, and cutting off the four corners. Cut into slices with a knife.

Pour the fried minced meat and steam for seven or eight minutes.

Tips:
Taste the saltiness when sautéing the minced meat. Don't add salt if the soy sauce and oyster sauce are salty enough.
