Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat and Shiitake Mushrooms

Soak the shiitake mushrooms and wash your hair.

Dice the mushrooms and mince the meat.

Mince garlic and ginger.

Cut the southern tofu into large thick slices and place them on the plate.

Put the oil in a pot and put the bottom of the mushrooms in the bottom of the mushrooms. Stir-fry the mushrooms for a while on a low heat to create a fragrance.

Add the minced meat and continue to fry. When the minced meat is ripe, take it out and set aside.

Pour in a little water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and chicken essence to thicken at the end.
