Steamed Tofu with Minced Shrimp

Prepare the ingredients.

Remove the head and tail of fresh prawns and chop the prawns into puree

Rinse the tofu with clean water, then put it on a plate and cut into small pieces. Add the minced shrimps with cooking wine, salt, and egg white, mix well, and chopped green onions.

Put the minced shrimp on the tofu and drizzle with light soy sauce. Add water to the steamer and boil, add tofu and steam for ten minutes.
