Steamed Tofu with Mustard and Minced Pork

Sprinkle a little salt on the bottom of the plate.

Cut the soft tofu into pieces and arrange them on the plate.

Chopped mustard and sprinkle on tofu.

Add cooking wine, pepper, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and dry starch to the minced pork and mix well. Finally, add a little salad oil and mix well.

Spread the fried minced meat evenly on the tofu and steam it in a pot of boiling water for about 8 minutes.
