Steamed Tofu with Olive Vegetables

1. Tofu sliced, but not cut;

2. Stuffed olive vegetables in the tofu gap;

3. Chop garlic for later use;

4. Heat oil in a hot pan and pour it on the garlic;

5. Pour garlic oil on tofu;

6. Put the tofu into the machine and steam for 8 minutes

7. Chop pork belly, mince ginger and set aside;

8. Fry minced pork in the pan, add starch to thicken the water

9. Cover the tofu with minced meat and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
