Steamed Tofu with Scallion and Sea Cucumber

Rinse the instant sea cucumbers, blanch them in boiling water, pick up and cut into pieces

Dice green onion, mince ginger, and cut jade tofu into sections

Add oil to the pan, sauté the green onions and minced ginger until fragrant, add sea cucumbers and stir-fry

Cook the cooking wine to remove the smell, add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar to taste

The sea cucumber is grilled and served on top of yuzi tofu

Put it in a steamer boiled and steam for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
