Steamed Tofu with Shiitake Mushrooms and Minced Meat

Ingredients: mushrooms, lean meat, red pepper, onion, carrot, salt, vegetable oil, chicken essence, tofu, starch flavor, fresh sesame oil, shallot

Tips:
After the tofu is blanched, the beany taste can be removed, making the tofu taste better and not easy to break.
You can use fresh shiitake mushrooms, or you can use other mushrooms instead.
When steaming in a microwave oven, select the steamer function. If the microwave oven does not have this function, you can adjust other functions according to the number of dishes.
