This steamed tofu is salty and sweet, tender and fragrant. Tofu and shrimp are high-protein foods, plus mushrooms, carrots and onions, with meat and vegetables, and rich in nutrients. "

Steamed Tofu with Shrimp Paste

1. The collection of materials, some materials are not used up.

2. The tofu is poured out and sliced, about 0.5cm thick, and placed in a basin.

3. Chopped vegetables.

4. Use a manual cooking machine to twist into the end (or use a knife to chop into the end).

5. Kewei shrimp peeled, cramped and chopped into puree.

6. Add salt, cooking wine and 0.5 tablespoon of light soy sauce and stir well.

7. Pour oil in a pot and fry the minced shrimps over low heat.

8. Add sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to boil until the sugar dissolves and make a flavored juice.

9. Sprinkle the fried shrimp paste on the tofu and top with the cooked sauce.

10. Pour a little water into the steamer, bring the water to a boil and steam for 10 minutes. Serve.

Tips:

1 Shrimp can also be replaced with pork, or half pork and half shrimp.
2 The sauce is suitable for Shanghainese's taste and can be adjusted according to your own taste.
