Steamed Tofu with Tempeh Ribs

1. Ingredients: short ribs, northern tofu, chopped pepper, tempeh

2. Cut the ribs into small sections and soak them in clean water to remove blood

3. Mince tempeh, shred ginger, and mince garlic

4. Put the bottom oil in the pot, add the chopped tempeh, garlic and ginger

5. Stir-fry on low heat to give a fragrance

6. Soak the ribs in bleeding water to control the moisture, add 1 teaspoon of starch and stir well

7. After mixing well, add the light soy sauce, stir-fry the fragrant seasoning, a little white pepper and white sugar

8. After adding the seasoning, grab well and marinate for at least 20 minutes

9. Tofu cut into thick slices
