Steamed Tofu with Tempeh Ribs

Ingredients: short ribs, northern tofu, chopped pepper, tempeh

Cut the ribs into small sections and soak them in clean water to remove blood

Mince tempeh, shred ginger, and mince garlic

Put the bottom oil in the pot, add the chopped tempeh, garlic and ginger

Stir-fry on low heat to give a fragrance

Soak the ribs in bleeding water to control the moisture, add 1 teaspoon of starch and stir well
