Steamed Yellow Croaker

Put the cleaned fish in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes after the water is boiled.

Separate the wok, add oil, heat up, add ginger and green onions, and add garlic slices. (My daughter doesn't like garlic, so she didn't put it in.) Stir fry.

Add light soy sauce. Just warm it up a bit. Grasp the time, the fish should just be out of the pot right now.

Pour the prepared sauce on the fish just out of the pot. There is no need to add salt, because the light soy sauce itself contains salt. It's delicious when eaten hot. Fresh fish, few thorns, suitable for children to eat.
