Steamed Yellow Croaker

Prepare ingredients: East China Sea yellow croaker, green onion, sliced ginger, salt, steamed fish soy sauce

After the yellow croaker is washed, use a diagonal knife on both sides of the fish, and marinate with salt, green onion, and ginger for 20 minutes.

The steam oven is set to steam at 100° for 8 minutes

Pour out the steamed broth from the steamed yellow croaker.
