Stewed Bean Spine in Sauce

After washing the kidney beans, cut them into sections.

Without putting oil in the pan, fry the beans a little bit over medium and low heat to remove some water, and then transfer the beans to the plate. Pour oil into the pot, add five-spice powder, green onions, and ginger to stir fragrant. Pour the beans and stir fry.

Pour in the soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir fry.

Pour in boiling water, bring to a boil, turn to medium and low heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Tips:
1. There is a lot of water in the beans, so you don't need to add oil to fry the beans.
