Stewed Beef Brisket and Mushroom
1.
Clean the sirloin and cut into 3 cm square pieces
2.
Wash the mushrooms and soak them in water in advance
3.
Put the sirloin chunks in a pot of water, boil on low heat, and skim any foam
4.
Prepare the seasoning when stewing the soup
5.
Add scallion, fresh ginger, bay leaves, star anise, cooking wine, cover, simmer on low heat for more than 1 hour, sprinkle appropriate amount of salt to taste
6.
Tender meat, fresh soup, very nutritious
7.
It’s also good to use as a soup or dish, or as a topping on noodles.
Tips:
To make the soup fresh, put it directly into cold water, boil the froth, and add the seasoning. The stewed taste is more intriguing than the taste of soy sauce; if you don't have a casserole, you can use a pressure cooker! Soak the mushrooms in advance, cut them into thin slices and cook them more easily.
