Stewed Beef Brisket with Radish

Wash the sirloin and cut into large pieces, add the sirloin to a pot of boiling water. Put it in cold water and wash it off.

Cut the radish into pieces and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaves to fry until fragrant. Add sirloin and stir fry. Add water and dried red pepper to boil.

Pour into a rice cooker, add white radish and simmer for half an hour after 2 hours. When the white sauce is thick, add salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
The sirloin must be blanched to remove the foam and bloody smell, so that the stewed soup can be clean and delicious.
