Stewed Beef Brisket with Tomato

Soak the sirloin in clean water and change the water several times to soak the blood.

Cut the sirloin into pieces, blanch it, remove the blood again, and remove it for later use (forgot to take a photo after blanching it).

Cut the onion into pieces.

Turn on the fire, pour a small amount of peanut oil, add onions, and stir-fry evenly.

Put in the processed sirloin, add soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, oyster sauce, squeeze an appropriate amount of tomato sauce, stir fry evenly.

Add a small amount of boiling water (not too much).

Cut a few slices of ginger.

Prepare the side dishes and cut the potatoes into pieces.

Pour the fried beef brisket into a pressure cooker, add a small amount of salt, and press the beef stew button (press for 45 minutes).

Soak in clean water.

Cut carrots into pieces.

Wash the tomatoes.
13.
Cut into pieces.
14.
Pour the pressed sirloin into the wok.
15.
Turn on the fire, add tomatoes, potatoes, carrots and other side dishes.
16.
Stir-fry evenly and simmer until the potatoes and other side dishes are soft and rotten.
17.
Sprinkle black pepper (I use black peppercorns in a regrindable bottle).
18.
Stir fry a few times and you can get it out of the pot.
