Stewed Beef Brisket with Tomatoes

Pass the water first, then cut the sirloin into pieces (or you can cut into pieces and then pass the water)

Cut the tomatoes into large pieces, then add salt to the pot and fry them until cooked

Pour the sirloin and the fried tomatoes into a saucepan, add water to it; add red pepper, dried chili, and star anise. After boiling over high heat, simmer for 40-60 minutes on medium and low heat (you don’t need to collect the juice, just serve it with the juice) )
