Stewed Beef Brisket with Tomatoes
1.
The main ingredients are tomatoes and sirloin. Cut the sirloin into pieces and wash. Wash red persimmon and cut into pieces, celery and chopped celery.
2.
Blanch the sirloin and remove it. Heat oil in a net pan, add green onion, ginger and star anise to the pan, add chopped celery and tomatoes.
3.
Add sirloin and stir fry together. Stir until the tomatoes are soft and almost pureed. Add an appropriate amount of water and 3 tablespoons of tomato paste. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer.
4.
It takes a while to stew the sirloin. Simmer it slowly over a low fire. After the sirloin is soft and rotten, add salt to the pan. I used a low fire here, adding water twice in the middle, and simmering for nearly three hours. If you have a pressure cooker at home, you can use a pressure cooker.
Tips:
Add salt last, it takes a lot of time to stew beef, adding salt early is not good for stewing beef.
