Stewed Beef Brisket with White Radish and Yam

Cut the sirloin into large pieces, add to the pot and boil lightly to remove the blood

Add green onion, ginger, garlic, dark soy sauce, thirteen spices, and marinate for about half an hour

The white radish is cleaned and cut into hob blocks

The yam is cleaned and cut into sections for later use

Add the sirloin into the pressure cooker, add the stew buns, simmer for about 20 minutes, set aside

Heat the pan, fry the scallions, ginger, garlic, add white radish and yam, add the stewed sirloin soup, and add the stewed sirloin. Depending on the color, add some dark soy sauce and simmer for about half an hour before serving.

Add an appropriate amount of coriander, serve and serve π
