Stewed Beef Tenderloin with Tomatoes
1.
Prepare garlic slices, ginger slices, tomato slices on a hob, cut beef into thick strips, add pepper, oil, cornstarch, salt, and sugar to mix and marinate for a few minutes.
2.
Saute the garlic and ginger slices in a hot pan, add the tomatoes, add salt and fry until the tomatoes are out of the soup.
3.
Add appropriate amount of hot water, cover and simmer for eight minutes.
4.
Capping makes the tomatoes easier to stew and soften.
5.
After the tomatoes have softened, spread the marinated beef tenderloin on top and simmer for two minutes.
6.
Adjust a little salt, and the sugar can be out of the pot.
7.
Stewed like this, the beef tenderloin is tender and tomato is soft and rotten. The combination of the two is extremely delicious, and the soup bibimbap or noodles is even more delicious.
