Stewed Boy Chicken

The boy chicken is gutted and cleaned (I bought it in Metro and cut it).

Wash red dates, Ophiopogon japonicus and wolfberry for later use, and slice ginger.

Add water to the saucepan, put the sliced ginger and chicken to a boil over high heat.

Use a spoon to remove the froth on the top (the froth must be removed so that the chicken soup is more delicious).

After removing the white foam, cover the pot and continue to simmer for 30 minutes. Add the ingredients and continue to simmer for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and cook for 2 minutes. It is ready to eat.
