Stewed Carp

Shallots, ginger slices, cut bacon into strips, winter bamboo shoots into cubes

Carp with a diagonal knife

Pour in carp, winter bamboo shoots, bacon, water, cooking wine, salt, chicken powder, and boil on high heat

Turn to medium and low heat and simmer for 30 minutes
